- One of Indonesian's largest conglomerate organisations which active interests across property, utilities, natural resources and healthcare, have just set up a new Hotels Development Division within the organisation. They are currently looking for a Business Development Director to oversee this new property business ventures. The firm are concentrating on mid range and luxury market. They are looking for someone with a track-record in sourcing deals with major international hotel operator companies - essentially establishing and signing management contracts for each individual hotel project (100 in total). This is an exceptional opportunity to join a cash rich firm in an exciting well-backed new division.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
