Job Description:
- Link between HR and Business Unit
- Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relation matters
- Head up the operational function within the HR team
- To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues
- Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise
- Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business
- Understand budget an forecast analysis
- Understand industrial relationship and business partner concept
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Psychology or Industrial Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has 3 year experience in the same position and related fields would be an advantage.
- Male, Age max. 28-35 years old.
- Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and able to work in team
- Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
- Good at reporting and analysis
- Computer literate especially in excel, fast learned, can work under pressure, and hard working
- Possess strong leadership and multitasking
- Willing to be placed at Purwakarta
