UPH Management Trainee Program is a special career development program designed for university fresh graduates who are qualified to be positioned as an officer or other future managerial positions.
What are the Criterias for UPH- MT Candidates?
- S1 fresh graduated from reputable university with min, GPA 3,00,
- Excellent in analytical, communication skill and interpersonal skill,
- Computer literate (MS Office),
- Proficient in English (TOEFL > 500).
- Demonstrate Godly Character.
- Posess Spiritual MaturityVoluntary involve in church or other religious communities
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.

What is the Content of UPH–MT Training Program?
- Periodic of In Class Training (Orientation, Leadership & Management Skill)
- On The Job Training
- Coaching by Senior Management
- Lead Improvement Projects
What is UPH MT's Career?
- After On The Job Training for 1 (one) year, Management Trainees will be positioned as an Officer such as: Marketing Officer, HR Officer, Finance Officer, Operational Officer, Administration Officer, Buidling Mgt, Laboratorium Mgt officer, IT Officer, etc.
- For those who have shown consistent exceptional performance and competence will be promoted to section head and up to managerial level for furture career pathing.
